  Registration and Payment Deadlines
  

  • Register in person, by email, fax or via internet.
  • Space is limited. Full payment is required to ensure a space.
  • Registration Deadline: 3 weeks before class start date

  Medical Insurance

  All students must be covered by medical insurance. Proof of medical insurance must be presented by start date.

  Clothing

  Students should bring warm clothing: a warm jacket, sweater, hat, gloves, and boots.

• VFA Winter Program Refund Policy

  In the event that an applicant does not come to Canada or decides to leave the Vancouver Formosa Academy for personal reasons, a portion of the paid tuition fee may be refunded.  $300 will be retained to cover administrative expenses.

  All requests must be made in writing.

  The following refund policy will apply:

  1. Full refund, less application and administrative fees, if the student authorization is not approved by Canadian Immigration (student must include the letter of rejection from the High Commission);
  2. 75% of tuition fee, if the student withdraws by December 15, 2024;
  3. 50% of tuition fee, if the student withdraws by December 31, 2024;
  4. No refund of the tuition fee if the student withdraws after December 31, 2024;
  5. No refund of the tuition fee if the student is found to be in violation of school rules. The school reserves the right to expel a student after three written Student Disciplinary Notices or for any totally inappropriate, dangerous or illegal behaviour.
