To apply to our High School Program, follow the following steps.
STEP 1 Determine The Term To Begin
VFA High runs a year round program with 3 terms, which allows students to start in September, January, or May*.
*We offer flexible start date and short-term study (minimum 1 month).
Inquire with the Registrar for details.
Fall Term September ~ December Winter Term January ~ April Summer Term May ~ August
STEP 2 Submit Your Application
Send the following required items:
- Completed application form;
- Application fee of $200;
- Transcripts/school records from the current year and the last two years (in English); and
- Photocopy of passport identity page.

Or you may fill in the on- line Application Form first. The academy will process your application accordingly.
STEP 3 Wait To Be Assessed/Interviewed
The school will contact you to confirm receipt of your application. You will be notified if additional information or an interview is required.
You will be notified within one week of whether or not you have been accepted.
STEP 4 Receive Your Admission Decision
An offer letter will be issued to students offered admission. The shool will require payment of tuition fee in full. International students are required to initially enroll for a minimum of 2 terms.
Upon receiving the payment, a receipt and a formal Letter of Acceptance will be issued.
STEP 5 Apply For A Study Permit/Visa
With the Letter of Acceptance, international students can then apply for a study permit or a visa. Proof of appropriate authorization is to be submitted upon enrollment.
An Enrollment Package will also be sent to the students to prepare for their arrival.
