VFA High School specializes in the instruction of students who speak English as a second language and includes credit courses as well as high school preparation.  The school is fully certified by the British Columbia Ministry of Education.  Students receive credits that will transfer on to public or private high schools in B.C.  We have been offering this high quality educational program since 1989.

At VFA High, we treat each student as an individual and provide a variety of personalized services.  International students may live with one of our carefully selected homestay families and our multicultural counselors maintain close contact with parents overseas.

As part of the curriculum, students participate in a variety of fun and educational cultural activities, field trips and sports.  These activities are part of a well-balanced program that helps introduce them to Canadian society.
